How Do I Know If I Have Leak+ Performance, Including Increased Leak Compensation and High Flow Therapy?

The Leak+ feature allows VOCSN to provide compensation for leaks up to 175 L/min at 20 cmH2O, and may be particularly useful during non-invasive ventilation. It additionally provides access to High Flow therapy, which provides a continuous flow of gas through a high flow nasal cannula or other interface. 

Leak+ performance is available on devices with compatible hardware running software version 4.06R and newer.

To check to see if your VOCSN has the Leak+ performance:

1. Check your software version by pressing the MENU tab, then MY VOCSN. Scroll down to “software” and verify that you have software 4.06R or later.
2. If you’re running compatible software, you can check that your hardware will support Leak+ by looking at the “V” icon in the status bar.
   • If it has a white background, your VOCSN has access to Leak+ performance, including increased leak compensation and High Flow therapy.
